Who is it for?
Relatives who receive delivery notices, banking alerts and other messages on their phones.
What will we do together?
- Text-message scenarios linking to a safe learning page.
- An explanation of the warning signs in each example.
- A record of simulations sent and links opened.
- Individual consent and a way for every participant to leave.
How does it work?
Add a relative and share their consent link. Once they agree, they can receive practice texts. Opening a simulation never asks for banking details or passwords: it opens a short explanation instead. A click in the dashboard is a starting point for a conversation, not a judgement of someone’s ability. An unopened link alone does not prove that a scam was recognised.
What does your family take away?
Regular practice recognising pressure, suspicious links and unexpected payment requests.
