Enquiries and contact
The enquiry form collects your name, email, selected service, language and description. We use these to respond and arrange the service. Enquiries are stored in a securIT-managed database, with an internal notification sent through Mailjet. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Family practice
Subscription accounts use your email and necessary account details. Participant records include the supplied name, phone number, optional email and consent status. Simulation records may include delivery and link-opening times and browser information. These records support service delivery and the account overview. Participants agree first and can withdraw consent. Stripe processes payments; full card details are not entered on this website.
The free safety plan
Safety-plan fields are handled only in your browser. They are not sent to our server or saved in browser storage. Printing happens on your device. We do not load public-page analytics on the safety plan, enquiry form or sign-in page.
Website analytics
Public information pages use PostHog to understand visits and actions such as trying a practice example. Data may include the page address, browser and device information and a pseudonymous identifier. Analytics counts are not a safety assessment of your relatives.
Access, correction and deletion
To ask about your data or request correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Include your contact email or enquiry reference; we may need further information to verify your identity. Account settings also provide an account-deletion request. Records needed for billing or legal obligations may need to be retained after the service ends.
