Family scam coaching

Work through fake bank calls, “new number” messages and voice impersonation. Make a family response plan together.

A session with your family · quoted after scoping

Who is it for?

Adult children, parents and grandparents, including families living in different countries.

What will we do together?

  • Practice scenarios discussed with everyone’s agreement.
  • Warning signs in messages impersonating banks, authorities and relatives.
  • A family callback routine and code-word rules.
  • Next steps if money or sensitive information has been shared.

How does it work?

Start with the situations that worry your family most. Practise without blame or surprise calls. A family code word can help, but it does not replace calling back on a number you already know. A familiar voice alone is not enough reason to transfer money. Everyone leaves knowing whom to contact and which actions can wait.

What does your family take away?

A shared agreement: pause, verify and contact someone you trust.
